Ethan’s shoot was especially fun because it was easy to get him comfortable behind the camera. Nothing quite like your old college roommate striking a pose as you both reminisce about the last four years. Thank you for letting me take these pictures for you and allowing me to freeze these moments in time.
These images specifically are composites of pictures I’ve taken with some photoshop to help blend the pictures together. I really like testing my creativity and this is the perfect way I found to learn the software and have fun at the same time.
There’s no one that exudes happiness and confidence quite like Emily does! After countless outdoor adventures with my friend, it was easy to capture them just being themselves.
This is a dedication to the beauty of Iceland. I decided to really work on my landscape photography and really capture all the beauty you could get from the side of the road. Looking back now, Iceland feels like a dream. It has such an ethereal feel to accompany its beauty, I only hope these pictures do it justice.
Mikaela’s shoot was an interesting one. It was during a weird time of day and the weather was changing every 20 minutes. It was a difficult yet rewarding experience when I finally got to see the images come to life in post. I’m glad I was able to change the camera settings on the fly.
This type of photography is one of my favorites. I often combine minimalism with negative space to really fix on that feeling of getting lost in something. When, for only a moment, nothing else exists except what you’re looking at.
What’s better than meeting up with a friend and experimenting with your camera while you catch up? Not a lot honestly. This photoshoot came out of nowhere and was seamless since Shelby was no stranger to a camera. She often lead the shoot as I captured those tiny bits of movements in between shots!
Challenging and fruitful. Those are the first words that come to mind when thinking about this set. I journeyed into the night away from any and all sources of light with some friends from a photography group to capture these images. Being able to look up and see a sky full of stars reminded me why I loved being outdoors so much.
What’s better than graduating? Tearing up your textbook and using it as a prop for your graduation pictures! Janie was absolutely open to working with me and we came up with the idea of the first picture together. Thanks for letting me capture these memories for you!
This set was particularly special to me. I captured these on our way to hike into, and inside the Grand Canyon. 2019 marked the 100th year of the national park being open and I saw it as a chance to finally see the beauty it had to offer. You have to see the MAGNITUDE of this place for yourself! IT’S MARVELOUS.
The first image of this set was taken right before we started her graduation pictures. We were getting ready and I saw Kristi consoling her best friend and I couldn't help but appreciate the bond they shared together. Thank you for letting me take these pictures for you. It was a blast!
A collection of wondering around the world camping with my friends. I don’t know how to categorize these images except that they bring me joy and nostalgia. I look forward to taking more of these throughout my life.
Sean. A real supporter of my craft. I don’t think I could thank him enough for his continued support as a fan but most importantly as a friend. Thank you for allowing me to capture these moments of happiness for you!
When I was younger I thought I wanted to be an architect. Fast forward, I realize it wasn’t my thing, but oh how I love the aesthetics that go into the things we build.
Hands down the craziest person I know. This shoot was seamless and entertaining. There really is nothing like catching up while taking pictures. Thanks for letting me help you keep these memories!
The first set that started my college photography career. Thank you for being the first person to support me, Madeline. It was an honor to help you capture these photographs of this important moment in your life.
